About 300 volunteers are needed to support this year’s 24 Hours of Booty regional cycling event to raise money for the fight against cancer.
The 11th annual ride will run Friday, July 27 and Saturday, July 28 with 1,200 participants. Volunteers are needed to assist with packet pick-up; pre-event course preparation and maintenance; course marking; food and beverages; campground management; hospitality; and parking and traffic control. Volunteer shifts are assigned in three- and four-hour increments and opportunities are available for individuals and groups.
